Every Salgo sofa is hand-built to order in our Thrissur workshop. Most pieces are ready in four to six weeks, and you can follow every stage — from frame to final stitch — right from your account.
Yes. Every dimension, the frame timber and the upholstery cloth are yours to pick. If a size isn't listed, tell us the measurements and we'll build to them.
We deliver within Kerala, to all fourteen districts, and our team carries it in, positions it and clears the packaging — so all you do is sit down. Delivery is a flat charge added once per order at checkout. Delivery & shipping
Share your room measurements before we build and our makers will confirm the piece fits your doorways and layout. If anything's off, we adjust before a single cut is made.
Yes — you can cancel it yourself from My orders within 72 hours of ordering, as long as we haven't started building. A flat cancellation fee is deducted from your refund, and refunds are issued within 30 days. If nothing has been charged yet, cancelling costs you nothing. Cancellations & refunds
Every frame carries a five-year warranty, with cushions and upholstery covered for two years of normal use.
Nothing is charged online yet. We confirm your build first, then arrange a 50% advance directly with you to start it, with the balance due before dispatch. Everything is itemised up front, so there are no surprises.
