Privacy policy

This explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. In short: we collect what is needed to build and deliver your order, and nothing that is not.

What we collect

Your account — the name and email address you sign in with. Signing in uses a one-time code sent to that address, so we hold no password for customer accounts.
Your order — the configuration you chose, and the name, email, phone number, pincode and district you give at checkout, which is what the piece is built and delivered against.
Payment records — the amount, the date and the payment reference our provider returns. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials; those go directly to the payment provider.
A browsing identifier — a cookie that lets your cart and saved builds work before you sign in.

Why we collect it

To take payment, build the piece to your specification, deliver it, and send you order updates, receipts and invoices. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, to take and refund payments. Card and banking details are handled entirely by them and never pass through our systems.
Our email provider, to send sign-in codes, order updates and receipts.
Delivery partners, who are given the address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

Keeping it secure

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Sign-in codes are stored hashed, expire quickly and can be used once. Access to order records is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and changes to an order are recorded against the person who made them.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details, and read your order history, from your account. You can ask us to delete your account through the contact page. Records tied to a completed order — the invoice, the payment record — are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is closed.
